Voluntary Participation: I am voluntarily participating in a San Francisco walking tour (“the tour”), which may include visits to bars, clubs, cantinas, karaoke venues, dancing, and other activities.
Assumption of Risks: I understand that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: alcohol consumption, slips, trips, falls, personal injury, theft, property damage, transportation risks, and exposure to crowded or loud environments. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks.
Responsibility for Conduct: I understand that drinking alcohol is my personal choice. I agree to drink responsibly, follow all laws, and not drive after consuming alcohol. I am fully responsible for my actions and decisions during and after the Event.
Release of Liability: In consideration of being allowed to participate, I release and hold harmless San Francisco Tours, its organizers, staff, partners, and venues from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from participation in the Event, including injury, illness, property damage, or death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Medical Acknowledgment: I certify that I am in good health and do not have any condition that would make participation unsafe. I accept full responsibility for any medical costs incurred as a result of participation.
Photography & Media Release: I grant San Francisco Tours the right to use photos, videos, or other media taken during the event for promotional purposes without compensation.
Legal Drinking Age: I confirm that I am at least 21 years old and will carry a valid ID or passport for entry to venues.
